At SATIATA we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return one or more items. To make a return, the product must be unused and in perfect condition; including accessories, documentation and original packaging. SATIATA reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return if, once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, has odors, washed or in inadequate conditions. Exchanges or returns are not accepted on earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, rings, party bags, headdresses, hats, stoles, gloves, or any accessories.

1-SPAIN (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands)

Exchanges: The first exchange (size or product) is always free at SATIATA. To make the change please send an email to info@satiata.es

Returns: All products can be returned within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The cost for each return is €6. Before starting the process, make sure you have the item you are going to return prepared, since the carrier could pick up the return within 12 hours of registering the return. To initiate a return click here .

The refund will be made using the same payment method. In the case of cash on delivery, the buyer will provide us with a bank account number where we can return the money.

The transportation costs caused by the first exchange will be assumed by Satiata, a second exchange or return is the responsibility of the client, and the client may send the item by the agency he considers always with postage paid. In the event that the package is lost in this process, it is the customer's responsibility and the exchange cannot be made if the garment does not arrive at its destination.

Any package that arrives at the SATIATA facilities with postage due will be rejected.

Any shipment to the destination without explicit confirmation of its return by the client, after 15 days, the agency will return said order to SATIATA, with the subsequent return costs borne by the client; having to pay the costs again as if it were a new order to resume the shipping process. In no case will the amount of said order be paid.

Credits will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order in our warehouse and always by the same payment method that the customer has used to pay for said item.

2- PORTUGAL (peninsula only)

For orders to be delivered to any location in Portugal (excluding Islands), the same conditions as SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) will apply.
