To make a purchase safely on our website you must follow the following steps:

- In the product sheet you can view several images of the product and its details. Explore the product in depth by zooming in by passing the mouse over its image.
- Once you have chosen the product to buy, you must choose the size you want to buy.
- Next, you must click on “Add to cart” and you will immediately have added the chosen product to the “cart”.
- Click on the “Checkout” button in the “cart” and you will have reached the last phase of the process on the payment page.
- To finalize your purchase, you must fill out the information in the form shown. Check that these are correct before continuing.
- Select the payment method and click “Place order”.
Remember that, if you request the option to pay by credit card, you must have your mobile phone at hand to validate the purchase in your bank's application.
After making the purchase, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the information corresponding to your order.
From that moment, SATIATA will prepare the package and send it as quickly as possible.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order tracking code so you can follow its status at any time.
